Subtitled in French (voice-over in English), the film “Un secret de la steppe” was made in 2019 by the animation studio Les Fées Spéciales and produced by the Conservatoire d’espaces naturels Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur and the Chambre d’agriculture des Bouches-du-Rhône, co-managers of the Réserve naturelle nationale des coussouls de Crau. It has received the support of the following partners: WWF-World Wide Fund for Nature, National Geographic Society, DREAL Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Conseil départemental des Bouches-du-Rhône and Carrière de la Menudelle.
A French version is being developed as part of the LIFE project.
