  • Camargue FestivalFor 5 days, from 25 to 30 May, the 14th edition of the Camargue and Rhone Delta Festival took place, which promotes local initiatives around the environment by offering outings, exhibitions, conferences, shows and other workshops…On this occasion, the LIFE SOS Crau grasshopper project was given pride of place, in order to initiate work to raise the awareness of local populations about this species and its environment. The “immersion” module, usually in residence at the Crau Ecomuseum, which offers an augmented reality experience on the functioning and biodiversity of wetlands, was also present.More than 400 people visited the stand, and there were many questions and curiosity among the public!

  • Salon des Agricultures de ProvenceFrom 3 to 5 June, the “Salon des Agricultures” de Provence was held at the Domaine du Merle in Salon-de-Provence.Nearly 350 visitors and 70 students (7 classes from Salon-de-Provence, Berre l’Etang and Tarascon) visited the stand set up for the occasion from Friday to Sunday to discover the Conservatory’s actions, the riches of the Crau, the LIFE SOS Crau grasshopper project, as well as the biodiversity of wetlands through the “Immersion” system.Family activities were planned for the event and were a great success with the general public!
